Privacy Policy for Snapart
Effective Date: August 31, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Snapart ("Snapart," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Snapart mobile application and related services (the "Service"). Snapart is an AI-powered application whose primary function is creating videos from images uploaded by users.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including account information, content you upload (such as images, including images that may contain faces), prompts, generated content, support requests, and purchase or subscription status. Payments are processed by Apple; we do not receive your full payment-card details.
We may also collect device and usage information such as device type, operating-system version, app version, language, approximate region, crash reports, diagnostic data, feature interactions, advertising identifier where permitted, and network information. With your permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, certain identifiers may be used for attribution and analytics.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and operate the Service; process uploaded images and prompts; generate requested videos; maintain accounts and subscriptions; improve performance, reliability, and safety; detect fraud, abuse, or security incidents; provide customer support; comply with law; and measure marketing attribution where permitted.
3. AI Processing and Facial Images
Images and facial content are processed only to provide features requested by the user. Users choose and upload this content themselves. We do not use uploaded facial images or generated content to train our AI models, we do not sell such data, and we do not use it for unrelated identification or profiling. Users must have the necessary rights and permissions for all uploaded content.
4. Service Providers and SDKs
Our AI generation infrastructure uses models operated by us rather than third-party AI model providers. We may use service providers and technical tools such as Firebase, Singular, and content-delivery-network providers for analytics, attribution, diagnostics, security, and delivery. These providers may process limited device, usage, diagnostic, or network information on our behalf under their own privacy terms and contractual obligations.
5. Tracking and Advertising Choices
Where required, we request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before accessing the advertising identifier or tracking activity across other companies' apps or websites. You may deny permission or change it later in iOS Settings. Core app functions remain available subject to technical and account requirements.
6. Retention and Deletion
Uploaded content and associated generation data are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and, in any event, for no longer than 30 days unless a longer period is required by law, needed to resolve a dispute, or requested by the user. You may delete eligible content within the app. You may request account deletion through the deletion option in the app's Settings or by contacting ansernawaz95@gmail.com. We may retain limited records where legally required, including transaction, fraud-prevention, and compliance records.
7. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that support hosting, analytics, attribution, content delivery, customer support, security, and payment validation; with authorities where required by law; in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets subject to appropriate safeguards; or with your direction or consent.
8. International Transfers
Because the Service may operate globally and the developer is based in the United Kingdom, information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Snapart is not recommended for minors and is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
11. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information; receive a portable copy; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. To exercise a right, contact us at ansernawaz95@gmail.com. We may verify your request before responding.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required.
